dear bloggers and readers of my blog,

Wowzers. It has been quite a while. I think I may have even forgot about my blog! Don't worry, I didn't forget about all who blog. In fact I have talked to most of you since my absence. :}

Most of you don't know that I have made flagline at my school. I was alternate, but last week, my band director called me to say that I would be on it! I was jumping up in down in excitement. Those of you who read my mum's blog, that was the "exciting news" that she didn't specify. So, on Monday flagline practice began at 10. I still got to sleep in! I arrived there a little unsure of what to expect, but God is wonderful! All of what I have been able to do has been because of HIM. I was content being alternate, but God allowed even bigger and better things happen to me because of my peacefulness at where I was at. :) Today was flagline practice as well. We have already learned two combinations with the flags and 3 or 4 dances. [Those who don't know what flagline is...it is an accompaniment of the band that twirls flags and dances to the music that the band plays. It is something you have to audition for, and there are only 8 positions. Usually, if you get on it once, it is easier for you to get on it again, however.]

Also this morning I went to cross country practice. I tried running, but after a little while my shin began to hurt so I stopped and just walked the rest. Either way, it was a good workout. Between flagline and cross country, I am pretty tired.(!) Here are other things I have been up to:

• For church, our dance team did a performance. What a wonderful thing! With two weeks to choreograph and teach/learn it wasn't the easiest thing to do. But, God was there too fitting together what seemed physically impossible.
• Swimming has continued as usual. A pool is a wonderful thing during the summer months!
• My uncle is up from Florida, and him and my grandma payed us a visit last week.
• KH.(little miss writer) & I have been talking on the phone. :) We both think that we were separated at birth. *laughs*

I am happy to all of my readers who miss me! I miss you too, and will try to not forget about blogging. I am tired, antsy, and need to work on flagging since tomorrow is another practice.
