It finally stopped. The down pour of snow, and the cold seems so far away when you are huddled under a blanket. Then, when you finally get outside your body practically goes into shock. Out of most families, I have found that our home is one of the warmest, and in our home, my room tops it off. Probably the worst time for a runner is when the snow is at least a foot deep, (perhaps more), and the snowflakes suddenly become needles just scorching you with pain. None the less, I ran yesterday. Another 2 miles. Out in the morning weather I don't think I could have taken any more!

Also, I have been preparing for Solo and Ensemble which is a music competition. This year I will be taking a flute solo, and a piccolo solo. The competition is in February, but my band director needs to hear the finalized music this week. If I said that my flute solo was perfect, I would be a liar. It is far from perfect, and if you looked at the entire piece, you to would be pulling your hair out attempting to practice it. ;)

School is tomorrow, so I am grasping onto the last day of my lovely weekend.

Your little message at the top is a good reminder, I needed to be reminded:). Sometimes we feel failure gripping us and we need to know God's plan will prevail, because He has made our life beautiful and Loves us no matter what. You're special to me. I love you so much

Missed you yesterday! I was home nursing a sick Nathan. I had hoped to surprise your mom and come sing, but the Lord had other plans.

Hope your music thingy goes well. Play from your heart and it will be lovely!
